I sent a text to housekeeping requesting that they clean the room, fix the foul smell and unclog the bathtub. Later that day, I noticed a foul smell coming from the sink and the bathtub was clogged. When I checked in on Monday, May 31st, I was told that housekeeping services had to be ordered a day in advance by reservation. This year, because of how COVID-19 has severely impacted the hospitality industry, and based on my experiences at other hotels, I expected a few hiccups but received horrible service during my stay at the Golden Nugget.

Every Memorial Day, I head to Vegas for some sun and fun.
